Vernon County Meats was started by two local brothers, Monty Smith and Leon Stacy as a 1000 sq. foot meat processing plant. They will be selling as much local beef, pork, sheep, and goat as possible from local producers. They also process your local meats from area farmers. Vernon County Meats is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
