The Kansas City Zoo is located in historic Swope Park with easy access from I-435 and I-49/Highway 71, just minutes from downtown the Country Club Plaza and surrounding metro cities. With more than 1,700 animals and over 200 acres, the Zoo is the most affordable fun in Kansas City! Enjoy rides on the KCZoo Railroad, African Tram, African Sky Safari, Kenyan Cruise and Endangered Species Carousel. Plus you can satisfy any hunger with a variety of foods from the Tuxedo Grill, Bluey's, Rafiki Restaurant or the Boathouse Bar.
Kansas City Zoo is Open Monday through Friday from 9:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
